With the depth of the 2019 draft class it would be great if the Hawks can somehow obtain another lottery pick. The only way I see that happening if the Hawks trade someone like Keith or Cro, if they waive, to a playoff contender at the TDL, then that team falls apart, misses the playoffs and, draws a lottery pick. I'd be happy with the 2nd and 5th pick. Wishful thinking. I know.

That goal falls into the back breaker category. Right after a power play to boot.

Not a great end to that period, but the game is definitely in reach. Top line and 4th are showing up. 2nd line, not capitalizing or passing up on too many opportunities. Defense is looking good so far. Murphy had a couple turnovers right in front of Crawford, but has blocked a lot of shots and whacking at loose pucks since those lapses. Not ready for Perreault coming out of the box.

As I have been saying Hawks simply can’t have break-ins because Crawford simply can’t play them. Not moving in and out properly - leaving tons of net open.

On 2nd Jets’ goal forwards again running around making it easy for the Jets to score. At some point figure out that you can call this D System whatever you want but if it is not working it is NOT WORKING!!’
