Finally! A worthy response. (frank) yeah! Most people myself included were hoping the Bears could go 8-8 this season. But you saw from that first game that the D was likely going to be contender caliber and the offense has been entertaining as hell.
Totally agree. This season has been a lot of fun and could be just the beginning. - HawkintheD
ANYONE complaining about the Bears needs to give up watching sports. They have FOUR losses, all insanely close losses. They didn't lay down one time all year and won huge game after huge game. It was a hell of a lot of fun. And guess what? They will(should be) better next year as Mitch and the young guys continue to progress (Ro Smith is gonna be a beast)
Lets enjoy the NFL NORRIS DIVISION TITLE and we did it with the Packers watching from the other side. Can you say, "Changing of the Guard?" ---BIG SMILES |

The back of his head hit the post. Thankfully the net came off its moorings but it was still not a good hit. There is a pad on the back of the goalie helmet, but it's not fail safe. Crow was pretty much removed immediately when the trainer got out there. |

I posted the videos of it from a couple of angles above. Head contact - head to post, possibly a couple of times, and Strome (pushed by E Kane) fell on him. |

Could easily be undefeated or just 1 loss. |

So now if every player that breaks a stick on a shot, will it be called a penalty? |

does the NHL do make up calls/no-call? seems like that was an intentional miss by the refs after a stupid playing with a broken stick call |

Yea maybe so, but we squeaked out wins at Detroit and at Arizona. So it evens out, but yea we had a very hobbled Mack against New Eng and Miami. The Packers game we had won, but we played it safe and god Roger-ed. The Giants game was just one of those games where I think it was a young team probably not taking a bad team seriously, a bad team with a couple of BRILLIANT (see, Barkley, S) players who changed that game. Teams on the way up tend to let a couple of crappy games get away. They'll learn |

Kruger played the puck off his backhand. His follow through caused the high stick. |

Thirty years ago, Crawford would have been dead - with the iron posts anchored into the cement. |
