He is struggling but has 10 goals with missed time and a short summer of training. - Bettmanhatesus
Seems fine during the game but in overtime just looks gassed. Gaudette 3v3 would be fun to watch |

Hopefully Nilsson played well enough to impress potential suitors.
Be happy if a 4th round pick came back the other way. |

Saw this coming. A top tier team looking to get revenge at home after a recent embarrassing loss to a bottom feeder. - Nucker101

Been a long time since Brock scored a goal like that - NorthNuck
Someone posted on Twitter that its only his 4th career goal on a one timer. You'd think he'd have more. |

The game was very hard to watch . Canucks looked bad but they didn't give up. I honestly don't think they are as bad as some say . They are not a playoff team but they do look like a 20 th place team and heading in the right direction
Broberg or Byram.

This is more or less what I expected the Canucks to look like this season. This game’s a dud. - CubanBuffet
So you expected the Canucks to steal a point in Nashville... the leagues best home team?

That is weird but i think its because what makes his shot so lethal is the accuracy of it. Think about what he did at the all star game last year. His accuracy this year is a bit off and i suppose that can be chalked up to his injuries. Still putting up points though |

Yeah, he's not a powerful shooter relatively speaking. He's more Kyle Connor than he is Patrick Laine.
I think he's at something like 75% career goals from wrist shots. |

His arms are probably 4 times the width of peteys but petey has a harder one timer |

Shooting is technique now more than ever it seems. A lot of the shot motions younger players in the league are beginning to resemble baseball swings the way that its a full body weight transition through the hips and into the follow through.
Mike Johnson was on the radio earlier this year talking about how when he was playing shot training was just "shoot the puck a bunch" and how it was all arms/hands and using the lower body was more of an afterthought than a core component. |
