I think the advantage of keeping Horton on the CAP was to avoid problems with carry over bonus problems. Something over my pay grade. Our ELC bonus issues are not an issue starting next year so maybe Horton can slide onto the LTIR next year.

All jokes aside, I caught someone trying to break into my house on camera today. Thank god for the Bernese Mountain Dog. She’s learned that “The Ring” means some is at the front door and she heard them try to open the door. You can hear her on the video absolutely losing her mind knowing no one should be there and the guy audibly goes “Oh poop!” And just leaves. banana eater

And (frank), I hope they waive Zaitsev (2 points in 30 plus games? God He sucks!) and call up rosen and borgman.

It's late and it's not my argument, but sometimes you just want to swing a stick at something..

Leivo is fine at scoring if someone else does the work. Ennis will do the work. Ennis is smaller and is easier to push around but he's also better at making creative little moves.

I'm very happy that Leivo is having early success in Vancouver and I hope it keeps up, but I also would have chosen Ennis over him.

What? No. Ennis doesn't do any work. He sucks. Leivo is better than him offensively, defensively physically. It's not even close.

If you think Ennis is out there doing work, and Leivo wasn't you weren't watching the leafs play this year.

Not really TB had their worst game of the year and still won. We lost the Vezina. Our PP is so cold we might as well decline. Anderson has been cold since the day off we gave him. I thought we got unlucky on their 4th goal Johnsson held Dermot which led to their rush the other way.

It was a great game though sucks we lost. JT had a great game, possibly his best yet. Kadri interfered with Vasilevskiy after a whistle during a PP and JT was the only player who tried to pull 1 of the 4 Bolts off him.

These two teams in a 7 game series would be awesome. Although their defence is rated better ours seemed faster and that is a huge advantage in games like that.

Agreed. Play this same game tomorrow and the bolts don't get lucky with 4 posts and vasi isn't get lucky and make goal line saves like that again like he did 3-4 times last night.

Ennis does fancier things, but IMO Leivo made stuff happen with his size and smart positioning. Always stood out to me on the ice. Oh well.
