Well Thanks for saying someones name who isn't in the Canucks front office.

Oh Technically he is. Just not with the actual Canucks players.

Except for that Granlund produces. Not like the other guys you mentioned or just anyone can produce at a nhl level. He’s one of the few guys we have that can play up and down the lineup
- neem55

So Loui, who I strongly dislike, plays up and down the roster, has 5 goals and 9 assists. Motte has 4 goals 5 assists, playing mostly in bottom 6, and Granlund, who has 5 goals and 7 assists, aren't similar types of players, who produce at a similar rate, in similar roles?

I mean that character is a idiot... pretty sure that’s the whole point of him. But I guess if you just mean the voice sure. I can’t disassociate how dumb he is from the voice. Maybe more of a porky pig

Bingo

He is a horrible public speaker . You Know

His hair dye job looks like Grampa Munster

His clothes look like he went shopping at Sally Ann's

That is all I am saying nothing more

Well Loui might be, his age and regression suggest he can’t do top6 anymore. I have not reason to think Motte can hack those minutes at all. Granlund on the other hand has the skill that skate on top lines and power play. You have to be the first for LE argument in a very long time though, I don’t think many want him playing up the lineup ever again. I know I don’t!!
Edit: my phone is a bit shotty, excuse the typos!

Jim is a hella nice guy but he is not what you want as the face of the franchise or the go to guy. They will probably promote him to Pres and bring up Johnson

We need bodies to keep the development going. Tdl we likely see a winger moved.

Maybe. Outside of Canada it’s not a job that requires media skills, get another well spoken Pres like pretty Trev

Definitely like the Leivo trade and I like the Motte trade. Obviously the Lipstick trade didn't work but nothing wrong with two out of three .

I couldn't tell you who the pres of Wpg Ott Cgy Mtl or Edm was but I do know every GM

And we’re not giving up much for any of them. JB has gotten better over his tenure imo. All you can hope is someone gets better at their job and learns from mistakes.

Not saying I want too see any of those 3 in top 6 ever, my point was, Erickson is almost impossible to move, Motte is younger and cheaper, they all provide similar production and we have too many of these non-eventful types in the lineup.
So, with Loui being immovable and Motte providing some speed and physicality, along with similar production as Granlund, I would like Granlund gone, as players that provide the role he plays should at least be able to provide a bit of physicality and he provides zilch.

He was on the ball getting Leivo. Not a game changer, but a solid pick up. For basically nothing. His constant "working the phones" paid off.

This really could be Hakstols last game, that’s a good point whoever brought that up.

Any chance to see Hughes I’m pretty stoked. Broberg I’ll be happy to see too

There is less of an urgency now . He has more time to make the smart moves instead of a panic to change everything.

Yesterdays signing is getting praise from people like Cam Robinson and a few others.

Saucerman and the winning streak in Utica is driving up sales and promotions. His T Shirts sold out in 31 minutes.

Not complaining but obvious it didn't work out. Low risk trade with nothing to lose.

I mean fair, I totally disagree. Guys that be effective on both special teams are not at all common.

Just checking capfriendly. Seeing who could use Edler. The Jets really need to try and move Little this offseason. If they are gonna resign players like Connor, Laine and Roslovic. Myers will be gone tho.

Obvious answer Leafs . They will lose Gardiner this year and can't sign all their RFAs
