The issue with Allen is that he still has so much more to learn
Looked pretty good the 1st 2 games back
Didn’t look like he knew what he was doing before that
Been ok the last 2 games
Allen is getting better,
but still so much farther to go to get his knowledge caught up to his athleticism & talent

Chances of us winning a round in the playoffs without at least a 2nd line scoring too is most likely pretty slim

So keep a good thing going - it’s not ideal but it’s keeping us in the hunt - and tinker in a different way.
