Honestly, neither. I figure he's the longest tenured player now so I wanted to see how many coaches have been here during his time.

a bit ya....the one guy wanted to keep changing the subject away from the Flyers...but Ek kept leading them back....Ek says that Lyon being sent to the minors because he's in a deal for another goalie that is coming to Philly but not in time for Tuesdays game.... Well the good news for the Flyers is Schneider and Crawford are down again so that crosses them off the list completely. When Quick goes down again then he can be officially off the list. That leaves overpaying for Bob or waiting to the off-season, maybe find another cheaper reclamation project for the season.

New GM. Check.
New Coach. Half a check until another one with a clear identity is hired.
Rest of Staff. Half a check until new coach is hired.

Once coach is hired, players can be moved to fill what the coach needs to play how he wants.

During the third period of the Vancouver broadcast they were just showing him looking down on the bench super depressed/disappointed. The guy cares as much as anyone associated with this team.

For me, I love this day. It just shows that change is possible. This dumbass was such a cockroach and I have no idea how he’s managed to stay this long.

What does it say about someone that just can't believe that a coaching change needs to be made or that the coach didn't do a good job and has to personally insult someone he doesn't know. You can disagree with a coach and still be respectful. He didn't commit a crime.

Still feel bad for the guy. Right before the holidays too. I'm sure he'll go back to college or juniors where I think his skills as a player developer will be better utilized

He was an NHL coach who got paid millions. Not some HVAC technician. He'll be fine.
