Hockey media, especially in Pittsburgh, is constantly drumming up "trade Kessel" rumors. It's ridiculous. Every time you turn around there is another rumor or article about how the Pens should shop Kessel. He's not the problem. Brassard not fitting in, is a problem. Jack Johnson is a problem (so is his ridiculous contract). Losing Justin Schultz to injury is a big problem. Not Phil.

If the Flyers can package for a veteran blueliner who is a real NHL player and a goalie, even better.

They're 5 points out with a game in hand so I dunno if they really wanna give up this early, especially now that they're getting Ferland and Staal back in the lineup.

I would suspect they probably want to resign Ferland. Guys with his skillset are pretty hard to find.

Muzzin is a very polarizing figure...so much so I am having a hard time even finding a place for him on the Rumor Chart...and yet his name continues to surface.. eff Carter will NOT waive his NTC to go anywhere...with the possible exception of Anaheim...but can you really see LA helping out Anaheim? Carter has shown he has to be happy to play effectively... Jonathan Quick is the most interesting name floating around...especially when linked to Philly.
