And as much as u wanna say Thompson has looked better, he could still be a guy who never becomes useful

IF
We got a good return for him
We didn’t
We got pieces that are actually “replaceable”
Not guys that will be part of us becoming a Contender
Maybe Thompson can become one of those guys?

St.Louis already regrets that trade. If he is in a Blues uniform past 2020-2021 ill be shocked. The league is moving to breakneck speeds and they bring in ROR, Bozak, and Maroon and wonder why they suck. I knew all along we were getting that top 15 pick just didnt assume they'd be this bad off the hop.
