If Edler wants to sign one year, for a slightly discounted price, I am all for it, but I would hate the Canucks commit $ and term to 33 year old Dman who is aging/slowing down. Hes a good defenseman, I like Edler, but if its between 3 years at 5 or 6 million, or walking away, I would walk away personally. I would be happy if he re-signed 1 year though at a reasonable price, I will say that.
