5-0 Canucks, McDavid leaves the ice crying because of how tough the nucks play him. Hitch fined $10k for blaming the refs. Marky with the SO and an EN goal. - 1970vintage
Yesterday I was cleaning out the storage room and I have 30 NHL team mugs in a box. I accidentally tipped it to far moving off the top shelf and a couple fell out one smashed all over. It was the oilers mug. I am taking that as a sign we are going to win tonight. |

Julius Honka's brother Anttoni some have rated in at the end of the first round in this years draft. Might be a buyer's beware on him thanks to his brother. - manvanfan
I doubt it, Paul didn’t suffer much from older brother Steve not being as good at hockey. |

Anybody know what the F$%k is up with Tryamkin this year? I heard they took his captaincy away and he's been scratched a few times this year.
He's only played 24 out of the 43 games this year and has 2g 4a
last year he had 9g 16a 25pts in 51gms - that's a pretty significant drop off. I believe he led the league in PMs as well - only has 19 this year. what a pu$$ |

McCann has already achieved, perhaps even exceeded his most likely career potential, he’s as far from a bust as it gets. - 1970vintage
Bottom 6 is important, but not very lofty for a first round pick. I didn’t say bust, I said deserving of mockerY. |

All I can think of is he wants to come back here and they aren’t happy. Wishful thinking! |

If he's willing to accept the fact that he'll have to earn his NHL roster spot and may spend time in the AHL or press box then sure, otherwise he's too much of a head case to deal with. |

He was selected in the mid 20’s. He has now played 200 NHL games, and is a bottom 6 forward. I’d say he has achieved exactly what the expectations should have been for him based on his draft position. |

Even if Tree wanted to come back I doubt the canucks would have interest. I have no doubt they have shopped his rights and found no interest. Kid is a pu$$y and a head case |

What are you talking about? Bottom half of the first round expectation is bottom 6?! You’ve lost the plot a bit there pal. Anyone drafted in the first two rounds the expectation is a top6 forward or top 4 d. McCann isn’t a bust, but he’s pretty far from a good draft pick at this point |

I was watching the game with an agent and scout last night...they both agreed this is a pretty weak draft. Interestingly they also said next draft is pretty soft - CanuckDon
That’s good, the last ‘weak’ draft we got the best player on our team. |
