Pretty sure he’s never played anything but center. But him and Gaudette battling for 3c is a nice thought. Seems like it’s much easier to switch to wing than vice versa I guess

I'd imagine if the czechs get a solid performance from their goaltender they stand a chance against anyone with the Zadina/Necas combo up front. Swiss don't look to pose a threat to anybody

Dallas went after Hanzal for what he can do. Sutter does basically the same thing. They didn't pay for Hanzal for him to sit on LTIR. I'm sure they want someone who will be able to play.

If Jake is still with the team in 4 years he might fit in with JV

More like 15 with Spezz, methot, khudobon leaving the lineup. Lindell and Ritchie are going to get significant raises. Honka the year after. If they want to push this year, they’ll look to shed Hanzal or at the very least fill the void in order to push. They have a pretty weak d corps though
