send him to Edmonton. They need wingers who can score goals, and PC overpays for everything. He would rank 5th in goals, and 4th in points on their sh*tty team.

The two players that we wanted to trade Goldy for Burkavsky and Crouse both have 8 points in the same amount of games that Goldy has 23 points.

Maybe TG should realize that not every player in the NHL is a 200 foot player.

Problem is other GM's know JB needs a roster spot, I just hope he doesn't get bent over again. Maybe Schaller on waivers?

yeah I am leaning more towards a defensive prospect with top 4 potentional, or a pick. Goldy is crappy, but he still has points and you should sell high on him, not low.

I'd take a 3rd for Goldy or a prospect.

Nashville can turn any offensive player into a defensemen. Goldy would be 2nd on that team in forwards for scoring

if playing him with EP/BB to up his value was Green/Benning's intent, then they did a really good job. I don't think Goldobins value will be any higher than what it is right now. I would hope that he gets more than a 3rd, but I wouldn't be upset if that was all we got.

I just saw a stat which was amusing. Madden has 15 pts in the NCAA this year. Wahlstrom and Farabee combined have 16 points. Not that points are everything, and its insanely early, but that was quite the pick by Brackett. Hes been absolutely fantastic for team USA this tournament.

Madden is playing really well. It's good to see another prospect playing well. Still need a couple of them. I like him on the wing.

Drake Cagguila got Manning, Goldobin who has twice as many points, should get us 2 Mannings...or Manning and Benning.

heavy lifting far from over. Strong December was on the backs a few #Canucks. Could use contributions from:
Goldobin 0 goals in 10/1 in 17
Eriksson 3 goals in 25 (incl an ENG)
Granlund 3 goals in 26
Roussel 1 in 24
Virtanen 1 in 9
Leivo 1 in 7

Team is carried by 3 players.

Schaller looked good with Sutter early in the year betting Green tries it again.

Goldy does need to sit for a bit though.

Agreed. I like the idea of Crouse, as he is on his last year of ELC, so he can at least be sent down if he Can't help out at this level.

meh, the all-star game is a cash grab anyway. It runs into the washington caps bye week as well, and the caps had a really short off season. The guy has paid his dues in regards to the all-star festivities, I think he is entitled to skip it, and I don't mind him doing it. Guy wants to rest up for the 2nd half of the season.
