I am just enjoying how they are playing as a team, with speed , character and determination.
I have no grand illusion of making playoffs, enjoying the rise of some players and the fact I don't fall asleep every game, due to a super slow pace this team has played at, in years gone by.

even as a goldy fan, i like that green is holding him accountable. There was a few times against calgary where they were hemmed into the d-zone and he had 3 insanely poor attempts at exiting the zone or getting it out. I also think that between the legs sh*t was pretty cocky considering he hasn't potted a goal in a while. The kid needs to learn how to play defense, and I think slotting him on the 4th with Beagle will be good for him.

hes not worse than Schaller, and the 3rd and 4th lines are exactly where he should be IMO. If hes not playing up to Green's standards, then he should be demoted to play with guys who will also hold him accountable.

My wife has a crazy cold, so nothing too spectacular. I’ve got a nice Cava at home or a bottle of Blue Mountain’s high end Sparkling that I’ll probably dig into. I also have a couple of bottles from Bella (which people here go crazy over but I’ve never found too spectacular) that might not survive the night.
