i like Goldobin more than most, but I am perfectly ok with Green throwing him in the dog house, demoting him to the 3rd/4th lines, or Benning even trading him. I like goldy, but I like draft picks for Brackett more.

There’s still upside and he’s young. Seems like an odd thing to gamble on Goldy has a better chance to be a top6 forward than a lottery ball. Bird in the hand over high risk every time for me. Much more interested in the team hanging onto young fast/skill players, just doesnt mqke much sense to trade imo

Why Can't we bring up our rookie goalie?
Nilsson has never been much of a goalie in this league, other than a few good starts yearly.
Not sure who I dislike more Nilsson or Godawfulin

Think they will. Hasnt played many games, just finding his stride

the reason I liked goldy is because as we transition to a new core, he fit the age, the high hockey sense, the skill, and was decently gelling with players in a top 6 role. But defensively, he is a nightmare, he doesn't hustle, he takes nights off and all of that outweighs the fact that I think he is a pretty good playmaker. If they decide to sell decently high on him for a draft pick, or a youngish defenseman with top 4 potential, I wouldn't be upset. The more we can draft the better we are long term, and I really like what Brackett is pulling out of the USHL/NCAA.

Oh, well then you are confused as he did not play well in october or november, which is why his stats still arent very impressive. So... yeah. Im happy he played really well in December but it doesnt actually mean he’S having a good season. He’s 1/3 for months in the season so far.
- neem55

He has played well when there wasnt a pile of injury holes in front of him. Even then he played good for stretches. He was winning earlier in the season as well. This isnt his first stretch of wins this season. Try and not to blindly look at stats and ignore whats happening on the ice and the situation won't be as confusing.

With Baertschi back in the line up, team is softer up the middle and softer on the wing.

Goldy can't play on the 4th line. He's a soft skilled player asked to battle against larger grinders. Give your head a shake TG.

There was no push today. Out hit by almost double. This team isn't skilled enough to win with speed and skill. They need to grind and it has been dwindling over the past few games. JV and BH haven't been driving the net lately.

EP was great today, pushed the pace whenever he could. Hutton had a few rushes too.

Bo has definitely had q quiet couple of games by his standards but that's exactly why he needs a go-to winger by his side so he doesn't always have to be the engine of his line. Ideally a winger who's good at playmaking to complement Bo. Guys like Virtanen, Sven, Eriksson and Roussel are 3rd wheels.

Doesn't have to be found asap, but ideally they do find that winger at some point.

It doesn't matter what line he plays on, he just doesn't cut it.
He is a super soft, semi-skilled player, trying to play in a league that he doesn't belong in.
Agree, TG needs to give his head a shake, this guy should be in the press box...or the KHL.

See heres the thing you can win and not be playing well. That was october. You can lose and play poorly. That was november. You can win and play well that was december. Overall, playing well for a minth is bit the whole season. He didnt play very well until recently and youre acting like its all year, i point the stats because it makes it obvious that is not true. So... yeah im not confused, youre just wrong. No one likes being wrong, including me, so i get your attempt at insult.

Clearly it's all on the coaching staff. NB(2) both need to go.

Acting? I never said anything about all Year. Just stop. Everyone knows how bad he played last season. Nothing worse than people who write other people's opinions for them.

Acting would be the post you just made.
