Paul Cyr for Alexander Mogilny? #besttradeever? - macman9
Cyr was good in junior and, boy, he could fight for a smaller guy. He was a disappointment with regards to how high of a pick he was.

If Eichel is hurt, just play him on the powerplay like old, broken Peter Forsberg |

Take them as a SB winner this off season with the good odds. Hell i might even take them this year. If they have a decent draft and a few FA pick ups they can be really dangerous. Their biggest downfall for years was the atrocious O-Line.... - CoHo_to_B-Lo
The Chiefs and Colts are going to be the teams to beat next year
The Chargers are really good but they always blow it. I hope Rivers gets his ring though. |

The Sabres not interested in trading a first-round pick for a rental
Chris Nichols of Nichols on Hockey: Elliotte Friedman on 630 CHED and was asked if teams may be more willing to trade their first-round draft picks this year due to the perceived lack of depth in the bottom end the first-round.
The Buffalo Sabres have four first-round picks in the next two drafts and was told that they are not interested in moving one for a rental player. Now, if it was for a young player …
“And I heard they that were thinking of moving one of those picks to give them a better shot this year. And I looked into it, and I was told it wasn’t happening. That they’re not doing it for a rental. Now, if you want to do it for a 22 or 23-year-old player that they’re going to have under control for awhile, and they would consider giving up a first-rounder for, then they would consider it. But they’re not doing it for a rental. And if a team that feels like they’re going to be in the playoffs is thinking that way, the teams that are out – you don’t want that.” |

I’ve been saying this for weeks but there will always be a couple posts per blog pitching trade ideas for the short term. Botts is a smart man. He knows we aren’t on par with the elites. Making the playoffs is important but apart from call ups there really isn’t anything he can do. Our deadline move/rental was Skinner. |

9. Buffalo Bills
The Pick: Offensive Tackle Jonah Williams, Alabama
There is debate among NFL scouts about what position best fits Alabama's Jonah Williams. Some believe he's too light (6'5", 301 lbs) and short-armed to play left tackle and picture him inside at guard or center. Others see his technique and don't care that he's around 305 pounds.
The Buffalo Bills shouldn't worry about which position he'll play because Williams has the tools to be dominant wherever he lines up.
Whether it's at left guard, right tackle, center or even left tackle, Williams has excellent instincts, reaction time, quickness and footwork. He's a finished product as an NFL blocker thanks to three seasons of starts at Alabama playing both left and right tackle.
With Josh Allen looking like a viable franchise quarterback, it's time to build up the offensive line to protect him.

Keep our picks and keep our cupboards full of young cheap prospects. We don’t need to trade away picks for rentals or anyone in the rumor mill just yet. I would like to make a run in the playoffs but who doesn’t I just think our Amerks will do fine this year. |

Get rid of both of them for all i care
An “impact” pass rusher that Offenses need to worry about helps in all other aspects of our team defense
Hughes had 7 sacks this year
And Murphy had 4
In a pass first league...
that just doesn’t get it done
Donald had about DOUBLE of their COMBINED TOTAL
That’s what our defense needs
Especially against good QBs |

I don’t care where the sacks come from
DE, DT, LB... whatever
We need someone who can legit pressure the passer & that offenses need to account for |
