Maybe, of course a forward could drop back, but yeah, it’s the Flyers. All kidding aside, Ghost being aggressive offensively is how he needs to play. The wing on his side has to be aware and willing to cover for him.

It’s nice to see Raffl and Laughton getting rewarded. Those 2 never stop skating and always give max effort. Some of their teammates should try the same.

Were skating and good puck possession but nothing anywhere near the goalie. No high quality chances. Just shots.

The skating and effort is what I saw right away with both lines. I just saw Weal is between JvR and Simmonds, as long as that line is limited 5 on 5 I am fine with it.

So please tell me why we need to trade them. According to you, we have:

1st pair - Provorov
2nd pair - Sanheim, Ghost
3rd pair - Myers, Hagg
7th/AHL - Morin

Now, please tell me why we have to move on from all these young D when only 5 of them are NHL caliber. You said "Because there are too many." but I'm only counting 5, unless you want to include Wilcox, Frideman, and all of the other junior/NCAA/European prospects who are wild cards, at best, right now.

With too many I didn't mean the number count.
More the type : Left handed average sized dmans with 2nd pair as plateau.Plus Provo didn't play 1st pair standard this year and Myers the only right hand didn't play at all.
So in total one top pair and one rigthy is missing

Pretty sad that Taryn and Gritty are the best things to happen this season.

I love how the defenseman clears the puck around the boards, what does JvR do? He watches the pred go to the puck and hope the puck gets through them.

He is really bothering me with his laziness. I really want him gone.

At no point this period have I felt like we had a single good chance to score. We just skated around.
