Right about where he went. He's showing he can be a potential top 6 forward. Him being a capable center might have raised his draft stock. Nobody said that about him last year.

I see what you are saying, but in reality, everyone that doesn't make the playoffs is a lottery team, insofar as every non-playoff team has a chance to win either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd overall pick.

I think the Rangers position is interesting. They are a modest winning streak away from being in the playoff hunt, and a modest losing streak away from being a bottom 5 team.

Totally, in that respect they are certainly a lottery team. I will also be rooting for the lowest possible finish once it is clear they are not playoff bound. But I am not there yet. I want them to give their all regardless of the standings. I want to see a culture of bust your ass no matter what. I think we are starting to see that, they just lack the overall talent to skate with many of the better teams.

Also confirmed is the return of USA defenseman K'Andre Miller (NYR) to the lineup. Miller missed the 4-1 win vs FIN with an illness.
