Meh Lowe did it twice over one summer ....it pisses other GMs off sure but the RFA process is there for a reason and other GMs have also some offer sheets but it’s rare....... if you gave Matthews an offer sheet it will cost you 4 1st round picks so a team had to decide if that’s even worth it let alone angering another GM

It’s easy. Take what the player is actually worth, and then add 2.5 mill. If said player is a UFA, add 4.5 mill.
