Growing up in Barrie, he dreamed of playing for the Leafs, not the Marlies.

Nylander with a point tonight ( bounces off his shin pad over to Matthews )

He’s had a decent career in the NHL.
He was right there with Sparks last season for best AHL goalie.
He’s not a bad goalie, and could even push out sparks. |

Weird there are no Buffalo trolls in here to talk about Eichel's injury. |

This way Andersen would take less shots in practice because they would have to rotate 3 goalies.
UG logic.
There is a reason teams don’t keep 3 goalies. It’s a pain in the ass |

3 goalies works out really well.
Less practice time keeps them fresh, and the constant fear of being demoted is good for their psyche.

Very rude of you to interupt me and push your post above mine, Santsie.

I'd rather watch the game with my feet in a snowbank.

As sarcastic as I was in the 3 goalie remark. I do believe the NHL should allow for rosters to expand to 24 and mandate a 3rd goalie being on the team. But until that rule comes into existence, by no means does it make sense to waste a roster spot and cap space just to carry 3 goalies. |

Not bad, thanks for asking.
Wife and I agreed we were only going to get each other small stuff. I got her $50 worth of stuff; she dropped $6,765,234,234.00 on me. Thanks, honey.
We took a road trip to Columbus to watch the Leafs game. That was fun, but waaaaaaay too much driving.
And the greatest gift of all: we found out our poopbag neighbours have put their house up for sale. It's redonkulously overpriced right now, but hopefully there is a light at the end of a very long, dark, stressful tunnel. |

Yeah, that's a long one. I've done South Carolina and to Tampa which were, well, regrettable. The trips were great, but us cheap college (frank)s didn't want to pay for flights.
Having terrible neighbors is the worst. We've had our fair share and there's really not much you can do about it until they leave. Hopefully they're out of there soon |

I recommend going to a Blue Jackets game.
Arena was in a good location, surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Blue Jackets fans were incredibly friendly.
If you could do it in the Fall and get Ohio State football tix, it would be off the hizzay. Alternatively, maybe scoot two hours north and go to a Cleveland Browns game, or maybe over to Buffalo for a Sabres or Bills game. |
