Yes. The authorities were alerted and investigated. The gun wasn't real, which is a small relief. The boy was suspended for four weeks. However, if during the four weeks, all he does is sit home and play "Call of Duty", then the bear may have been poked. And of course where I live, there are people posting poop about how we should take care of the kid and his family first, and not jump to conclusions.

I'm all for getting this kid the help he needs. But if my son will be in his presence on a daily basis, my first concern is getting him the (frank) out of the school until such time as he's deemed fit to attend.
