Crosby was injured in his career.
Stamkos too.
McDavid as well.

(Yup, i'm comparing EP to these guys)

I wonder what the reaction was (did heads get punched) when they went down?

- dbot

They don’t need to retaliate, particularly when there was clearly no intent to injure, but they could at least, as a team, finish their checks.

They should be doing that anyways.

Pettersson on Kotkaniemi incident: "It was an accident. We got tangled up. We both fell down. I got in an awkward position. It wasn't a dirty play or anything. He apologized afterwards, which shows good sportsmanship from him. It was unlucky for me and it is nothing to serious.

Kotkaniemi just couldnt play with Petey, resulted in clutching and grabbing and a player injuried.

Boeser has 8 hits in 31 games.

Pettersson has 23 in 38 games

Horvat 28 in 44 games.

Those are weak numbers.

Quinn Hughes is probably gonna play out his 4 years at Michigan and sign as a FA wherever his brother plays. No way he wants to come to a team who will turn their backs on him whenever the going gets tough.

I mean it's roughly in line with guys like Monahan, McJesus, Draisaitl, Kopitar

I'll never forget this sequence against Anaheim for some dumbass sports reason.

Dorsett, Stecher and Guddy are on the ice (right after a PK so there was some weird 3Dman set up briefly). Some poopbag on Anaheim snows and bumps Miller. Guddy, right in front of the net, is looking off into space like a vegetable. Dorsett, within a stick length, is doing the same. Stecher came flying out of the corner to grab like Ritchie or Maroon or some Richardbag like that.

Only after that did Dorsett grab onto like Rakell or Silfeverberg and same with Guddy. But on Twitter and post game, Imac and the other notable shills were like "THATS WHY YOU NEED DORSETT AND GUDBRANSON, COMPUTER BOYS! IF IT ISN'T FOR THEM NO ONE WOULD PROTECT YOUR GOALIE"

(frank)ing Stecher was the one to actually do something while the two "tough guys" were busy thinking about jerking off.

He played with passion and heart. He let his balls out unlike this team of origami masters. He backed his teammates everytime. I know he wasn't everyone's favourite but the guy played hard for his team.

He was no different than Gudbranson. He'd nut up and play physical once every 2-3 weeks and then go back to flybys, stick waving and turning his back on scrums.

Idc what anyone says EP was hooked & grabbed to be taken out of the play. No penalty called on it was atrocious. Fluke injury idc it was a penalty still. Ppl say such crap when no balls to call it as they see it.
