I feel like O'Reilly, Duchene and Hamilton wherever they go seem to cause a problem and the team sucks. When teams move on from them, they get better.

Its getting kinda hard though disagree with this. Although the one year where colorado made the playoffs orielly was a big piece of that team and i guess duchene was too. Orielly and stasny left and they plummeted.

I can't confirm or deny this but I heard Hamilton is a major issue in the dressing room which is why Boston and Calgary and even now CAR are moving on from him...heard he is majorly religious and doesn't warm to a lot of the dressing room antics/jokes that go on with most players. Could be wrong but that's what I've heard.
