Well I tied myself to that ship pretty hard, so Boss is entitled to pile on

I like Erod. He's a feisty guy. No one will ever confuse him for a 1C

We have a small sample of him being very effective, and an equal sample of him being absolutely terrible most of the time.

I had high Hope's for erod to break thru this season. I guess that's on me as a fan.

Sobotka was a cap dump.
He hits people and trys hard every shift.
That's also on me, I like a guy that goes 100% to their abilities every game.

Here's a compromise:

We should look for a 4th liner of Larsson's defensive prowess and Erod's ability to get 20 points. Then we would have a perfect 4th liner

That's kinda my point. It is what it is. When he looks bad in a bottom 6 role (which he has many times this year) it's fair game to criticize him.

He's absolved, he's not really, but let's say he is because he makes the league minimum and has more points than other players on this team.
