I would not trade either Gallagher nor Drouin for Hamilton.

Tatar for Hamilton would be a coup though

i love what Gallagher brings but man do we overrate the guy here

Hamilton is going nowhere.

He's available in the same way Brett Pesce was available, and Justin Faulk was on the trade block all summer... They've been doing this with players since Dundon first took over.

he had a career year last year, yes. and he got off to a crazy start this year in the first 10 games. but he's got something like 6 goals in his last 30+ games. like i said, love what he brings, but he's a second line player. not an untouchable by any means, especially if you can acquire a top flight dman.

I'm just happy the Bruins were finally correct in shipping a top talent out of town for once. Pendulum has swing then other some time I guess.

In what world were they correct? They traded away a guy who put up 43, 50, and 44 seasons after the trade. Who the (frank) did they get in that trade that produced like that?

Dougie confirmed he's been fighting an injury since early November and is finally feeling better.

He has 4 points in his last 3 games, including goals in all 3.

Since the concussion, not so great, but prior to it he was fantastic.

Thing is unless Aho is bouncing pucks off of him he doesn't seem to produce much at all. Which is not unexpected, I guess.

The Habs shouldn't really be trading for pieces to shore up their team. They should be sellers. The team isn't really very good, they need to pick up draft picks and keep drafting.

The D partner he played best with since he landed here (Haydn Fleury) went down with a concussion earlier too, so it's been kind of a problem finding somebody else to play with him.

Fleury's supposed to be getting back in the lineup soon though.

But yeah, he went through a 15ish game slump where he wasn't very good, though we now know he was hurt that entire time, but aside from that he's been really good. Total game-changer when he's feeling it.

In the real world where he has already been traded since with the same rhetoric coming out of Calgary that come out of Boston about the player. I also didn't discuss the trade or it's return so what the (frank) does that have to do with it and who the (frank) are you with the attitude female genitalia?

So what you’re saying is they really weren’t correct because the Bruins have nothing to show for that trade and he went on to put up points in the next 3 seasons. Cool. Got it.

I mean Calgary got Lindholm and Hanifin for him, Ferland and Adam Fox, which seems like it's going to be a nicer trade than it initially looked.

The Bruins got, uh, Senyshen, Forsbacka-Karlsson and Jeremy Lauzon? hmm.

No you don't got it. Not at all. Team has been just fine without him. So has Calgary.
