He had major surgery. My guess is he wasn't 100% to start the season and playing has made it worse.

Any offensive threat the Flyers had Giroux was pretty much on the ice except for some chances Voracek created out there. Simmonds did nothing at all tonight in the o zone.

I think the Flyers brass had it right about JVR the first time he was here.

Giroux is a PPG player this season and leads the team in points by 14. Simmer has 18 pts in like 45 games. Their performances this season are not equal
