89, not 99.
So .63, and that's buoyed by his pre-concussion season - jcragcrumple

Hoping the Blues can string some wins together here. I’d love to have three cracks at getting a stud winger or centre in this years draft. There could be some really good players in the 10-20 range that could be core guys for us in a couple of years. - Pegullaville
They have the 3rd pick as of now so they need to win a bunch if we are hoping for their pick. I would rather focus on our own and the San Jose pick. Right now, we have 19 and 24.
I started looking at the draft and I will bet they are scouting Victor Soderstrom heavily, who is projected in the 17-20 range. Soderstrom is a smallish defender (5'11" 177) as a RD that displays a solid two way game. He's logging big minutes for Brynas in the SHL at age 17. For the 24 pick, a few kids I like- Albin Grewe (RW 6'0" 175 Djurgardens), Cole Caufield ( RW 5'7" 165 USDP), Bowen Byram (D 6'0 182 Vancouver WHL) or Moritz Seider ( 6'4" 185 Adler Mannheim). Byram's stock has fallen a bit so he could be a steal. Caufield is a smallish speedy goal scoring winger. Grewe is a speedy, non stop motor with great vision and at 17 is playing in the SHL. Seider is playing in Germany's top league as a big but mobile right shot defender who has a strong two way game.
Just my thoughts. |

They have Soderstrom going 17th in a draft done yesterday

I hope Kaliyev or Turcotte falls to us for the first pick, otherwise grab Brink
second pick has to be Brett Leason, should be ready to play in 20-21, otherwise McMichael
gotta hit with those 2 picks |

Cole Caufield could be Alex Debrincant 2.0. I also like Raphael Lavoie (if he slips), Arthur Kaliyev, Ryan Suzuki. Homie mentioned Brink, Turcotte, Zegras, but I think they are all top 10 picks minus Brink but he is quickly on the rise. For d-men I also like Soderstrom, Seider, and Antoni Honka (although he is looking like a boom or bust player).
Blues have 2-3 games in hand on many teams ahead of them and are only 2 points back right now of 9th overall pick. |

He fell off a cliff. Didn’t see this coming at all. Perhaps one shouldn’t skip offseason and first few months of a season ? |

I like the idea of Turcotte and Kaliyev but I don't think they will be there when we pick. McMichael and Leason are good thoughts, I'm just not sure how much Botts is willing to pick CHL players.
It will be interesting in the next few months and by April what some of the mocks look like. |

FWIW I think anyone picked in the 12-16 range this year would have had a strong shot of going top 10 in the past two drafts. |

This draft we could see a number of trades of teams trying to move up. Wouldn't surprise me. |

Hold outs cause slow starts.
It's pretty well documented. He'll turn it around. Still hope he doesn't lol. |

My only concern with Leason is that this is his third year of eligibility for the draft so he’s been passed over twice already. I think his ceiling is a 3rd line RW but could produce if you play him Eichel I guess. Could play the Tom Wilson role for us but he’s not nearly as physical. |

Teams will try to move up but I doubt teams will be relunctant to move down. Teams I’m sure are trying like heck to get our first rounders too and Botts should be telling them to piss off. |

I guess so. Just lots of good players in this draft and we could see some player movement up/down that could facilitate trades. |

This would be a nice year for that to happen. We have some currency to move up with.
It just seems fairly rare, not sure why. Moving back isn't lucrative, like it is in Football. |

I might be going to the game tonight, and I very much hope Eichel plays. The worst game I ever attended was a Devils/Sabres game the 2nd year under Teddy (tank part deux). I think the ticket was $6 on StubHub. Worst $6 of my life |
