A defenseman who's averaged 53 games over the last 5 years averaged 56 games over the last 4 seasons, a back-up and a late first. Who could say no?
Corrected, sorry - eichiefs9
It's the standard "here's some crap I don't mind letting go for your top 6 player". Par for the course here. |

I think Stone will fetch a 1st, prospect and a young roaster player.
To Toronto:
M. Stone.
To Ottawa:
conditional 1st 2020 if Stone resign with the Leafs otherwise 2nd.
Bracco
Johnsson
or
conditional 1st 2020 if Stone resign with the Leafs otherwise 2nd

Not happening. Totally fails to address Toronto's needs even if they could swing it.

That young roster player would be Kapanen. Not johsson. Oh and they’ll want a 19 first |

We already have a Bobby Ryan named JvR...imagine having 2 of them. - Glak18
We have 2 of them presently with Voracek and JVR. I just want to rid us of Voracek however possible. |

To Ott: Kylington, Dube, 3rd round pick 2019, conditional unprotected 1st in 2020 (The condition is if Stone resigns with Flames)
To Calg: Stone + 5th round pick 2019 - hags11
That’s reasonable , but Kylington will probably bite you in the ass later |

Late first, 27yo Russian who is probably never coming to NA, and a Phillip Holm...whatever that is |

Stone would look great on EP40's wing. Too bad we are nowhere near contending or I would be all in for Stone. He could be available July 1st. Which I wouldn't mind Benning knocking on that door for 6-7 million a year. But in all reality he could get over 8 per year easily. |

No, idiot. Former Penguins goalie Tom Baracco. |

Stone & Dzingel for 1st in 2019, 3rd in 2019, forward prospect not named Debrusk, dman prospect not named mcavoy, carlo or vaakanainen. 3rd becomes a 2nd if make conference final and becomes 2020 1st if bruins make stanley cup final. Add a 2020 3rd if either signs with Bruins in offseason. |

Ever since the Hall/Larsson fleecing you see more of these one sided proposals. |

Edmonton gets: for
Ottawa gets: Nugent-Hopkins, Puljujarvi, Lucic, 2019 1st round pick
Edmonton is out of salary cap hell by unloading the Lucic contract. They get a RW for McDavid and an upgrade at Center in Duchene. Ceci is an upgrade as a 3rd pairing dman.
Ottawa replaced Duchene with RNH as 1st line centre with a contract they can afford. Lucic helps them get to the cap floor during their rebuild. Pulju and the pick help the rebuild. - punchanello77
You would need to include a first round pick to get anyone to take the Lucic contract period. So essentially the offer would be RNH and Puliarvi for Duchene, Stone, Ceci.
Dream On!

Voracek at least can skate, shoot the puck and score sometimes and create offensive chances. JvR can....umm....be fat in front of the net kind of.
If you are going to say we have 2 Bobby Ryan then at least replace Voracek with Simmonds. |
