You’re a bartender...you’ve said and heard it all.

I come on here to read the opinions of depressed suburban fathers and how they cling to a local hockey team. It’s helps me realize that’s not the life I want to live.

Instead this has turned into you being enormously annoying, stubborn, and forced. It’s just a hockey team in a dumpy city.

At least Beady knows he is off the rails, you’re a bartender that talks/types too much. You’re opinions are not insightful or creative. Why do you voluntarily come to a place where majority of people don’t value your words?

Management team should be trying to make the big club as good as possible. CJ scored, that should give him at least another game.

You are arguing what exactly? That management team knows CJ, but also doesn't know CJ because they want to screw with his emotions and see if he handles it like a man? This is the process?

We are in a playoff spot without the great cj smith, whose blistering shot ripped thru the goalie like a cannon.

Play the veterans, keep the continuity.

Jbotts is looking long term. Kinda thought that was a given?

Cj isnt going anywhere. He'll get another chance

"Skinner was speaking at a backdrop in a hallway near the Buffalo dressing room and the tunnel where the Sabres leave the ice. Several of his Sabres teammates had a good chuckle as they walked by the gathering, with Zach Bogosian breaking up the group by uttering a high-pitched "Welcome home, Jeffrey" as he walked by."

CJ contributed within his first 3 games of being introduced to the lineup.

We’re 8th in the conference and sub .500 in our last 10. Overpaid vets like Okposo and the Living Legend have a grand cumulative total of 3 points since November 21.

Exactly what part of that do you want to continue?

I know, I mean, god forbid the guy gets to still play professional Hockey an hour-and-a-half away, no, that will make him a head-case.

Not sure if you've been paying attention all season but the team is in a playoff spot DESPITE the play of the "vets" Pommer and Okposo. Secondary scoring is a huge problem and CJ Smith has already looked like he can help in that department. Even with a conservative approach to development, I would say that his goal should earn him another game up here.

It does prove the entire narrative of "young guys have to earn it" is total horsepoop.

Here's the reality:

Young guys can't be allowed to make high-paid veterans look bad

I'm all for sitting Pominville in the box and see how he handles it while CJ skates.

Wow, you're pretty fired up?

Cj squeezed 1 goal in 4 games for the Sabres.
A 24 year old college free agent.right?
On a night vs. The worst team in the league.
And we won 5-1

As for okposo:
Sitting him is not going to help his 1 goal in the last 25 games. He is already lost, but scratch him and see how his teammates react? He's dead weight, but I'm sure hes respected.

Pommer- the living legend.
Probably had some agreement where he can play 3rd line minutes and except a trade to the worst team in the league last season. So now you want to break this agreement? Just let pommer ride it out. Veteran to show this team full of kids how to be ready and play thru bs.

Both these guys add more lockerroom value then the great cj smith and his 1 career goal.
