I thought after the first few shooters, they could have repeats, or maybe that is international rules.

I'd like to see the coaching staff have to put on skates and take a shot.

The longest shootout in history went 20 rounds. 2nd was 15.
So we've never seen every skater used in a shootout. Who knows if there is a rule on that yet.

I think it'd be interesting that if all skaters are used the backup goalie has a shot on net before going to skaters again.
