Except that quote is accurate. If a player is standing still and has all the time in the world, yea that would be true but 90% of the time the player is shooting quickly with pressure and usually moving at a high speed. Players can see a ton of room on the goalie but picking that spot in that sort of situation is harder to accomplish. Look at Giroux's shot moments ago. He had half a net available to him but he missed it.

They did a segment to see if a Sumo Wrestler would make a good goalie because they would take up the entire net. Paros lit him up and there wasnt much to shoot at yet a 4th line enforcer had the skill to pick those holes.

My point is that with a NHL goalie regardless of who they are, there is a lot of net to shoot at and always is. It is just about whether or not the player has the time to pick the open spot or not.

Yeah Sanheim has showed he can be agitated quite easy, which can be a good and bad. He got hit and didn't like it, but that hook/slash could of easily been called.

Goaltending questionable I guess, but I always thought Elliott was ok. Why are you so far down? Mainly I think my team stinks and want to tank, there is no way you finish below us right?
