I tried moose once in NFLD wasn't a fan but I am a very fussy eater also.

Glorious. Medium size enough for 6 people. Slow roasted at 270degrees for 5 hours. Super lean.

It does if you do it wrong. I have a lot of ground moose and I add pork fat so it isn’t so lean. Home grown pork is unbelievable compared what you get at the store. Wild game is difficult to make right because so lean and people don’t get a chance to cook it as much in today’s world.

Well it was getting old... people flip flop do badly over a good two week run . Nothing is different right now then it was in the summer. Team Is still poorly constructed and woefully short on talent in every position.
