Well this team is clearly working towards something and still building
They are 2 forwards and 1 defensemen away from being a good team (and a few vets going away)
If Skinner likes it here, and they can come to a good agreement why wouldn't he stay?
He's playing in a true hockey market, close to home, with the best center he has ever played with and is having a career year.

I'm going to say it. This game sucks and the team is lost BUT the best player on the ice tonight is Dahlin and mcjesus and eichel aren't even close to him tonight. He'd missed opportunities, the non pass to girgs and the one timer but he always around the puck. As bad as this team had been, he never seems to be a negative +/- player either
