Yep, there’s going to be a huge shortage in about 5-10 years. There already is but it’s just going to get worse.

For you trades guys...

Isn't the shortage apprenticeship opportunities and not educational opportunities... or both.

I have a 12 year son I am trying to urge into a trade of some sort.
