1- needs to learn how not to panic.
2- much worse.. It's because of him that Gardiner had a bad game 7 in 2013 and in 2018. Those are all on Zaitsev
3- got his money, so he's gone "full Kovalev"
4- We are in the midst of our 4th consecutive 5 year plan, only 6 more to go
5- Damn well better be good, if not.. We wasted another 5 year plan.. 5 year plans don't happen every year, you know.

The Leafs did not lose the game because of Jake. The whole team stunk. 16 caused a goal. 91 caused a goal, 22 and 23 combined to cause another goal. Then 51 caused one. Gee it’s easy to dump on Jake but heck, how do you explain the Leafs being so bad and such a lack of effort since Christmas. The good teams bring it every night. The Leafs sure haven’t. Also they need some more grit. They are too soft.

You know how many times Babcock has said “we were out worked” “we didn’t show up” “we didn’t put the work in” “they worked a lot harder than us” “they just plain out worked us” Over half the post games since Christmas Babs has said these words.
