It was an excellent pass, compared to the prior one that was easily telegraphed by him and sucked.

The line is getting heavy d-zone usage so Sobotka makes sense there. The idea itself doesn't, but if you are committed to it, that's the guy to put at C.

I’d rather have 3 “scoring lines” and 1 defensive line than 2 & 2

Part of why line3 wasn’t being used offensively is bc they were so inept at scoring
Even Sbroads admits a large part of that was bc of Sobotka

THe other teams have had there best out when Jacks line is out . Need to get the other lines going . gets jack some room if they think another line is hot that night.
