Not a literal comparison, just in terms of value to their team. RNH is not a cornerstone player. He's a damn fine center and a very valuable guy, but he's not turning anyone's franchise around.

Eichel is better. Not a slight towards Hughes. Hughes is gonna be good. But idk if he's a generational talent.
