The return would be crazy and might be the move to make. But you would need a team with space AND prospects. |

Not answering for JL but my answer is in a heart beat. - EbonyRaptor . I'm practising it in James Bond fashion. Cameron, Tyler Cameron. agree with you on Saad he had that not going allout in junior, it may have gotten masked with the elite depth we used to have AND he did not progree in Columbus. Iwas filled in pre season last year and first game hat last year. otherwise he is flat line

has this made the rounds? it's a radiolab show about when John Scott got voted into the All Star game. It's produced by a non-hockey show, which makes it even more interesting to see how it looks from the outside. one of my non-hockey fan friends posted it on facebook. John Scott comes across as a good guy.

This was great - thanks for sharing! One of the worst NHL PR disasters in a long time, and that's saying something. Man, both they and Puck Daddy come off as horrible people. |

No I’m going to come across like old-school on this, anybody watching the Kings an avalanche game? This kid Zadorov , Playing aggressive throwing his weight around, apparently he threw a check that some of the kings didn’t like ,Dion Phaneuf , Tried to engage him more than once, kid you’re that big and you’re gonna play that type of game when you get called out you better answer the bell. Even if you get your ass beat in. you want to play with the big boys ,you have to play the complete game. You don’t skate away and put your tail between your legs. Unless that is if you were on this team here in Chicago. |

Why does he have to fight for giving someone a clean hit? That is silly. Checking is still a part of the game. |

He had 55 and 61 points in his 2 seasons in Columbus. |

#Blackhawks lines and pairings at practice:
Caggiula-Toews-Kane
DeBrincat-Strome-Kahun
Saad-Kampf-Kruger
Hayden-Anisimov-Kunitz
Keith-Seabrook
Dahlstrom-Murphy
Koekkoek-Gustafsson
Forsling-Jokiharju
Perplexed by JC's use (or lack thereof) of Joki. And, his continued use of Kunitz. Anyone have an explanation? - pdx2ord
People whined about Q’s line blender. This idiot JC has more line & pair combinations than Joe has Cubs starting line-ups.
For the love of god, play Jokiharju, he’s your future #1. |

If JC is pissed about Joki giving up the first goal ... it was his own f****** fault for playing him on his off side, which was the reason he messed up. |

So, the board thinks the young goalie was ruined because he was "thrown to the wolves".
The board also thinks the young defenseman isn't being developed right because he's not been thrown into the deep end right away.
Interesting. |

Favorite Kane moment for me has to be the 2010 Cup winner.
For a couple seconds, he was the ONLY person that even knew!! |

And as I remember, On the 1st goal, Joki’s partner was lying on his ass in the O Zone, and then spending his time whining to the ref for a call.

I think it was a crappy non-call, but Gus should have played on. He got away with a high stick his first shift. He checked on the guy after the whistle, but played on. |

Saad-Toews-Cat
Strome-Anisimov-Kane
Caggiula-Kampf-Kahun
Hayden-Kruger-Perlini/Kunitz
Keith-Joki
Gustafson-Murphy
Dahlstrom-Seabs
That’s what I’d go with. Let Murphy stay home to cover for Gus and keep Dahlstrom-Seabs sheltered against bottom lines. |

Love the d pairings. The only thing I'd change is to switch sides for ADB and Saad |

Delia is not the 2nd coming of Terry Sawchuck. If he’s lucky, he becomes an NHL #1. And I have no problem with him playing the majority of the games the rest of the season.
Jokiharju needs reps, in the same way Keith did when he came up.
Growth comes from reps, experiencing many situations, and overcoming adversity. Both Joki & Delia need to play. |

This would be mine, if not for the personal reason of my daughter getting a puck.
I remember watching the game on the edge of my seat. I saw him throw the puck at the net and start celebrating, and I asked my wife if she saw it go in. I couldn't believe we won the cup. |

Scottie - I was referring to Anton Forsberg, who some have said was ruined last year. BTW - I wasn't taking a shot at you with the previous post. |

Everyone on the ice - both teams - knew - even the refs, even tho they couldn’t prove it by seeing the puck. |

If other GMs are interested, they probably want to have a better idea of what they are trading for. At this point, they are mainly interested in selling assets, not in trying to beat the insurmountable odds and sneak into the playoffs. We will probably see a bit more Ward, too. And a lot of Gus. I think someone will want to pay up for a PP QB, warts and all. |
