Halak has more pts this season than Gaunce also...

How many people will Demko have next season? Plays the puck quite well. Will help out the defence.

Beagle understands his role. Dump it in and chase after it, cause havoc. Sutter should learn.

Cup champ.

There's a reason why PIT didn't want to retain Sutter. I don't mind the guy but it may be time to move on. Soft and injury prone.

I've tried to trade him for JB about 1000 times since he got to Van. I never wanted him.

I didn't see the game but caught the hilites...Demko looked sharp when he needed to be. Timely saves is what wins games a lot of the time. Plus who had LE with the game winner??

lol

I had a 4-2 Canucks win with Horvat with a double. Was meant to be goals but he got 2 assists instead. #Futurecaptain

Last night at the end of the game when Sabers got pissed at Tanev for running the clock out Beagle jumped to his rescue.Leadership. He also had a very good scoring chance last night.

At the time I thought he was worth a try...but also understood why PIT turfed him. Invisible in the PO's for the most part. He's a prototypical 3LC who really isn't up to 3LC standards much anymore.

I don't deny it's harder to live in colder weather. Doesn't make the warm weather people any tougher.

Sutter did exactly what he was signed to do. He was there to take the load when Hank retired until Canucks could draft their own centers. The job is coming to a close.

He's a 3LC but needs to play 3LC minutes. He's not good enough to be a 19 minutes a game shutdown defender. This year he has been extra bad.

Maybe if he played vs other teams 3Ls he might be better. He is good on the PK.

It really is coming to a close but the question is how do you get rid of him now and his not so great looking contract.

If we meet Calgary/Winnipeg in the first round, we get absolutely bent over. We just arent there yet.

There are a lot of GMs that are smarter than the armchair GMs. Sutter still has lots of value.

Van does own a winning record vs Calgary in 3 games this year. 2-1 or 1-1-1 if you are Cgy.

Winnipeg would be 4-0

Calgary would be 4-2 Check the record against CGY over our last 10 games

Who says we are going to the playoffs

Regular season is one thing, and a 4 or 5 game set against them is different. Both are built strong for the playoffs. I think we are going in a great direction, but I doubt we stand a chance against them in a playoff series

WPG is built for the PO's not sure Calgary is there yet. Still overachieving a bit IMO...see where it goes.

I would be really happy if JB could get a single 3rd round pick for Sutter

I dont think we are making the playoffs. My point was to anyone who thinks we might and that it's a good thing to actually make it.

Calgary's biggest issue is goaltending and Rittich is doing good things for them. I think they could be dangerous this year in the playoffs.

There is about 7 teams all around the same pts. I am glad we are playing meaningful games still .

This year was /is a stop gap year . Anything they accomplish is a bonus.
