Mid range in trades, not UFA.

Adding elite talent in UFA is fine. Adding Loui Eriksson's isn't.

Panarin has zero interest in playing in Canada. Karlsson is equally as absurd. I love brilliant armchair GMs

I never owned a car until i moved outside of Vancouver proper. You just don't need one. Rent on weekends, transit, walk. It's 1.13 in Abbotsford, if you need to commute. Housing is a huge expense, although so is food and if you can subsidize housing with transportation costs, parking, hydro, etc. it cuts it in half.
