Fabulous considering his defence has MIA for most of the game.

That's what I'm saying, they inject a legit top six forward with Horvat and Baerstchi to go along with Pettersson, Boeser and Leivo or whoever plays there it looks not too bad.

Punishment....he did it to himself, you can't sit out half the year and then expect to come back and get top six minutes. Other guys who've played all year and are in game shape deserve those minutes.

If Jimbo isn't keen to move on from Sutter I wonder if the team would have any appetite to basically use Gaudette like they do Granlund. W at 5v5, C on PP2, C when injuries hit.

Gaudette on the right side with his shot could be a big weapon.

If the team wasn't so "in it" this year I would have banked on a Sutter trade at the TDL. But unless they fall off a cliff, which yeah you know, I don't think he'll do it until the summer.

Even then, I wouldn't be surprised anymore if the team rolled into camp next year with Sutter and Beagle again. Something's gotta give in the short-ish term though if Gaudette keeps it up.
