I would recommend staying away from the VR set. It is cool but it will leave you with nausea after a few minutes... I am not one to really feel motion sickness but I have had a hard time setting it up because i know i will feel crappy afterwards.

If you decide to get it, try out farpoint. Comes with a VR gun.. Pretty fun.

Agree on the Reacher books, his first few were downright awful, yet still oddly entertaining, then he learned how to write without having the twist come out of left field(mostly). But they are way too easy to figure out. The latest one which I've got about 75 page left in I figured out(at least partially) the first time the couple runs into a problem(don't want to spoil it).

The biggest suspension of disbelief for me is him being able to find clothes that fit from a drug store in a town with 4,000 people in it like they're just waiting for a freak to come through so they can get rid of the huge clothes. As a large man knowing how difficult it can be to find a shirt that actually fits and isn't a tent or ready to rip at the seams when I sneeze I call bullpoop.

Bettman (frank)ed us all when he did the lockout then introduced the shootout. Hockey right now is a shell of its former self. 4 on 4 ot, 3 on 3 ot? It's a damn joke. Might as well start giving participation trophies out. It's almost like Oprah everyone gets a point(car). You get what I'm saying

I'm about 100 hours into it and I'm just starting the epilogue. According to the save menu I'm at 80% exactly.

I think the NHL is great, games are exciting and close most of the time, and players have never been faster or more skilled. If you can hear a pindrop at a game, that's the fans fault, not the game. Maybe also the fact that beers cost $12.

I like reading your blogs as it makes me feel better about myself, knowing that even at my lowest I am not as dim-witted as you. But credit where credit is due, the fact Greta van Fleet is allowed to be a thing has to be a sign of the coming of the apocalypes.

RDR2 you're talking about? Maybe I was just unlucky, but it was still quite buggy(I got it after Christmas), half the coats glitched out, changed colors, literally went plaid, went from as dirty as it could be to as clean as it could and back every couple of seconds, player getting stuck in animations, stuck in the scenery, the reins would glitch and stick out like 10 feet from the horses mouth, FPS drops to single digits in a couple busy moments of the game, the controls are sluggish. But I can look past all of that because it is mostly great, it's gorgeous aside from the bugs, and the story is awesome. I actually care about the characters and really really hate one to the point of constantly antagonizing them and killing them in missions even if it failed and I had to restart to the checkpoint. It just felt good. To me the only story mistake, one which was unavoidable, was that you knew how it would end if you played the first game, but even still it worked.

The whole uncharted series was incredible but 4 on ps4 was beautiful.

They are still not a good team. I hope they continue to roll for you man, but every year there's a team that does this. Ottawa did it once, almost went all the way to the final then they traded for Matt Duchene because they told people like me to put down their calculators.

Still, I bet their fans enjoyed the ride more than they hate the aftermath, so maybe it's worth it.
