I think Hutton has been great for Ullmark though and he (Hutton) is no stranger to playing the backup role.

He's 26, the Flyers have just announced a retool/rebuild and Nolan Patrick is right behind him. I'd make a play for Patrick but if I was Fletcher, I'd be asking for more for Patrick

Not sure. Depends what he asks for I suppose. Gardiner is most likely gone after this year as well. Leafs shipped a first, a 3rd line winger with some grit and a project dman for 2 playoff appearances of Muzzin. A lot of people think Muzzin is a rental.

They needed to upgrade the defense, and did that by not giving up too much, along with a 1st round pick.

Should be interesting to see what other moves Dubas makes
