A big part of the problem about teams in non-traditional markets is they don't win on the ice.

Hockey does just fine in So-Cal, Tampa, Nashville and in Dallas.

But Carolina, Florida, and Arizona well the teams on the ice suck.

People will come watch a winning product. During Florida's cup run in the 90's they rocked their arena. But they haven't won anything since.

Build a good team and people will come.

Each one of those also has an arena that's not the easiest to get to. That makes it doubly hard to draw people.

I am not upset, we are having a debate.

If she wasn't a gimmick they would have let her play in the game.

Clearly the NHL felt she wasn't good enough.

No, I think it would be awesome to see 15 men and 15 women in the ALL-Star game.
