Matthews had one goal in 12 games as early as two weeks ago. Laine played 11 minutes the other night. Players go through funks. Skinner has 3 points in his last 9 games where his hate ? He played in the All star game too last time I checked. How come Eichel can’t just make a one foot drop pass or have a puck go off an ankle like Reinhart has for 10 of his 45 points this season ? How come Skinner can get away with having 14 assists in 50 game ? Why can’t he set Eichel up so he can score once in a while ?

i'm of the opinion that TO has to pick one of Matthews/Marner. they cannot keep both. Signing JT was incredibly stupid. i'm glad they're having problems going forward. I suspect they're going to go all in for this year. they already started with Muzzin. expect more. hey can't keep all their dudes.
