Philly, STL and Hawks keep winning...LA and Ottawa keep losing. I wouldn’t hate to see Hughes go to LA or Colorado if it’s not the Hawks. LA being good is good for the sport, and Avs are my adopted home team

Penalty kill is still 31st out of 31 teams. Delia was solid again. Murphy and Dahlstrom as a big body defense only pairing with youth and room to grow...gotta love it. This team has been entertaining all year, even on those long losing streaks. They probably end up 4-7 in the draft when it’s all said and done.. but who knows, they’re streaking now so maybe they make things interesting

you have cat, toews and kane and now the new bobby orr (gust
) having huge years and they still have the fewest regulation wins...

And we certainly have hopes that Jokiharju, Boqvist, Mitchell, etc. joining Murphy, Dahlstrom, a still-productive Keith - along with improvement by some of the young forwards and Delia (and dumping the man-to-man) can return them to more efforts yielding less than three.

But since the end of the second eight-game losing streak they are actually above true .500 (11-6-4=26).

Scoring goals can never be overrated.

Their recent PP success is probably not sustainable, but at least most of their PPs are dangerous, even if they don’t score - not momentum killers.

They didn’t lose the game with bad third period PKs tonite.

Well 2 of Dallas, Minny, Colorado, Anaheim or Vancouver will be playoff teams....and they are not much better than the Hawks. Maybe rephrase to “nobody thinks they are a team who can win a series in the playoffs??” All 5 of those teams I listed will be lucky to win 2 games in the first round IMO
