Me too. I just wish he had whatever's missing. I don't know if it is motivation or work ethic or something else, but he just can't seem to bring his A game every shift - Hawks_49
After seeing Perlini for a bit now seems like IQ is his problem. Speed to burn, size, shot. ..... Just wondering if a role can be found to allow him to be useful. Lotta tools, man. |

Friedman reports #Blackhawks have gone to Brent Seabrook and asked him to waive his no-trade. Seabrook has responded no, he loves being a Blackhawk. - pdx2ord
Expect this to be the universal response from all of the NMC guys. Fat, happy, and locked in.
Hate to say I told you so.... |

Yeah I don't know if you'd agree that Stalberg would be a good comparison.

I'm wondering if anyone in the organization has kicked around the idea of moving Gus to wing like they did with Buff when he was here. With the logjam at D they could keep his offense and power play quarterback while reducing his defensive liability. He's brutal to watch in his own zone. |

I like her, too, but don't recall having heard her before. Maybe it's only if NBC is juggling two games on one night. Agree with the others that I'd take her over Pierre any day.

I have a hard time believing that there's a team out there that has inquired about Seabrook. |

Yeah, a pivotal piece. I say if you remove any 1 of the core, there aren't 3 cups in Chicago. - I Am The Breadman
Stop thinking like StanBow, Bman!! No place in a hard cap world for gratitude. One of my all time favorite Hawks, mostly cuz he plays and conducts himself like a man........ But if the Hawks wanna move him and he won't go that's a problem.
Hate to see them forced to end his career an IceHog.
He got his 49 mil, that in no way means he's guaranteed anything other than that 49 mil. |

The logjam at D is a logjam of 4-6 slot guys. Not really a logjam if they get a good 1-3 guy anytime soon. They are all disposable. |

Not sure I wanna say that yet, but yea that would be the comparison. I do think Stahlberg is faster and probably quicker too. ............ Still too early for me to give up on Perlini.

The obligatory turn Gus into a winger post. |

Stalburg, Fortin, DuClair, Perlini - God gives them great wheels but no hands. |

He did. Hit him from behind , too. Not to mention a textbook example of charging as its defined. |
