You don’t think a package deal for Toffoli and Carter wouldn’t include a first ? Possibly multiple firsts ? He said young players and picks. - Pegullaville
I pretty much agree with your every day reminder of keeping the 1st rounders.
I think jbotts gets it. Same as you.
He isnt going to go tim Murray on us. Not for a washed up old dude with off ice issues.
Maybe if they took okmoulson. 1 less year on carters contract and less $. Even if he buys it out eventually.
If botts trades a 1st, it's for a young guy with term or a rfa
Yes.
My wife's parents long ago lived a half of a block in from Grant street on Potomac.
Back in the day, that was the Cavern Tavern.
My wife's parents pretty much opened and closed that place from the stories that she tells me.
I miss the old west side.
I go down there now and it makes me wanna cry really.
My home that I grew up in at 176 Hampshire is still standing.
So is our old family owned store JP's (which is still a store to this day) on the corner of Hampshire and Plymouth.

The West Side is coming back up
Lots of projects renovating empty buildings
Long way to go
But it’s nice to see things happening over here
I did post the entire comment
And it still makes absolutely zero sense that Pitt would do that

Will you share more about being alone, poor, untalented, unskilled and unreasonable. Fitz, you’re not creative or funny, and your comprehension is garbage.
Yes.

That's what, 200 block of Potomac? I'm 400 block by Richmond. It's a great neighborhood. I've lived here for 2+ years after growing up in the southtowns. It's a great neighborhood. I'm trying to buy

You’re a glutton for pain and humiliation - washedup20
Dude...
it was a bad trade proposal
Really bad
Sorry you’re so upset about my opinion of it
There’s no reason to make it personal
Good grief
If i laid out a trade proposal like that,
I’d get ripped too
Anyone would

Yes, yes it is.
And it does have a long way to go.
I still have many friends and family that still live on the west side.
I'm down there a few months a year pouring new State DOT concrete handicap ramps all over the place with some new granite curbing on some of them also.

I live on Bird
Parts of the West Side can still be a little sketchy
But it’s really improved a lot over the last 10years or so

My buddy just bought on Parkdale near Delevan which could generously be called a "transitional neighborhood." But the west side is where the growth and gentrification is happening. There's money coming in

For sure
The Elmwood Village has hit its ceiling as far as the housing market goes
Hertel area is getting up there too
The West Side is the new part of town that’s growing in that sense
East Side to Larkinville/Old First Ward is gonna start blowing up too

I did, post the entire comment or just take it out of context you cock.
You are an unbearable person with horrible social skills. You are an obnoxious loaf, it’s very easy to get mad at you with how petty you are. - washedup20

The developers haven't really strayed out of the village toward the west side too far yet, other than in Allentown toward the lower west side. There are plenty of large single family homes and multi-units available that are pretty reasonable. But the prices are definitely increasing.

Probably should buy sooner than later
Prices will probably jump a bit in the Spring/Summer
