My buddy just bought on Parkdale near Delevan which could generously be called a "transitional neighborhood." But the west side is where the growth and gentrification is happening. There's money coming in - jcragcrumple

Edit: I remember on one of those street corners (Polish Cadet corner) back in the day, sitting in the back of a van on a cold winter's night drinking rumpleminz getting ready for a good old fashioned rumble with the black rock boys.
Just like the Jets and the Sharks fighting fir turf.

I know Voelker's at Amherst and Elmwood, but I don't know one by Grant. Sportsman's Tavern at Grant and Amherst is a great place to see a show in the summer though
