I think he's a much better fit and has more upside to actually make good plays, but his downside to make bad plays is about just as bad. So yeah, I'd definitely rather be playing Riikola myself, but I'm sure Sullivan would focus in on the bad plays when they come rather than the positive impacts he'll make every now and then.

Dumo is pretty decent overall at what he does. Im not on board the Maatta train any more. That being said, on this team he can’t be viewed at as a disposable asset because he’s number three. There isn’t much more to be said about JJ. He’s harmful in ways that a bottom pair defenseman shouldn’t even be able to be.
